M/V "Volantis"

In the beginning of 2008, Volantis was delivered from Fosen Shipyard to Volstad.

She has the same length as Bibby Topaz, 107m. This is a multi-role subsea support vessel.

Volantis will support the company’s latest trenching developments, forming part of a new spread that will include a work class ROV, the 2,100kW UT-1 ‘Ultra Trencher’ and a 2,000 tonne lay system.

Volantis is operation under a long term Time-Charter with CTC, a subsidiary of DeepOcean ASA.
